This is just a super quick long overdue update post. I am still alive and have been in Suffolk the past two weeks. I return to the trail tomorrow, June 1st, and will start where I left the trail at Sam’s Gap.
I’ll follow up here later today with a short recap of my last day on trail and also my forward plan from here. Let’s just say that things are about to take a turn – hopefully for the better!
But before that, I have to wander on down to Tennessee from the Northern Virginia area.

.if you get to Maine plz visit Acadia National Park 40 miles SE of Bangor – wonderful trails – manageable ups- mountains at the edge of the sea- my favorite national park….
